फर्जी दस्तावेज की मदद से मृत भाई के नाम पर कर्ज लेकर बैंक को Rs 5.65 करोड़ का चूना लगाया गया है. सीताबर्डी पुलिस ने पेट्रोल पंप संचालक नितिन पुणेकर और उसके परिजनों सहित पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है. आरोपियों में नितिन के साथ देवेंद्र पुणेकर, महेंद्र पुणेकर, धमेंद्र पुणेकर, हनुमान गली, सीताबर्डी तथा नितिन कडू, ठवकर वाडी, भंडारा मार्ग शामिल है. पुणेकर बंधुओं का पेट्रोल पंप है.
