UP STF arrests Shraddha Dubey from Nagpur in Lucknow's Shiva Sharma death case

The police have made a major breakthrough in the much-discussed Shiva Sharma death case in Lucknow. Shraddha Dubey, who had been absconding in the case, has been arrested from Nagpur by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF). A reward of Rs 50,000 had been announced on her, and the police had been searching for her for about 11 days.

The police had been looking for Shraddha Dubey ever since her name came up in the case of Shiva Sharma's death. She had been on the run for about 11 days. Separate teams of the Lucknow Police and the STF were deployed to catch her, and the police were continuously trying to trace her location.

During this time, the police received information that Shraddha was in Nagpur. The UP STF then arrested her with the help of the local police.

Nagpur Crime Branch assisted the UP STF in the operation. According to the information available, teams from STF headquarters, Lucknow STF, Lucknow Police and Varanasi STF were also engaged in the search for her. Shraddha was caught in Nagpur after the joint efforts of these teams. STF chief Amitabh Yash has confirmed the arrest.

Shraddha Dubey's arrest is being seen as significant for the investigation into Shiva Sharma's death. The police will now question her and gather details of the developments and other aspects of the case. They will try to establish what happened before Shiva Sharma's death and where she stayed to evade arrest.

The police may also examine her activities while she was absconding and other facts related to the case. The investigation will be taken forward on the basis of what emerges during questioning.
