Urban Nest Inside 18th issue out, with CRII Group and The Zen Group on the covers

Pune, October 28, 2026: The 18th issue of Urban Nest Inside, a magazine on real estate, has been released. It is the first issue of Volume 2 and covers the October-December 2026 quarter. The cover stories this time are on CRII Group and The Zen Group. The issue also carries articles on Pune's real estate market, residential trends and property finance.

The two cover stories are presented in a flip format, so the magazine can be read from either side. One side features CRII Group. Founder and CEO Abhijit Manikhedkar and partner and director Ashok Yadav explain how the group views real estate and what role people play in property development.

The other side tells the story of The Zen Group. Founder Rajesh Kokane spoke about the importance of trust. Director Rohit Vidhate described the Meraki project, while CEO Kunal Kokane shared the group's future plans.
