Congress leader Nana Patole said in Nagpur that the Modi government is rattled. According to him, an attempt has been under way for the past five days to crush Rahul Gandhi's agitation. Patole said thousands of personnel have been deployed for this and that metro, railway and internet services have been shut down in Delhi.

Patole said an agitation would now spread across the country against the Election Commission and the BJP. He claimed it had become clear that the government was formed by stealing votes. In Patole's words, it would not be wrong to call this government more cruel than the British today.

A "pind daan" agitation is being held in Nagpur. Speaking on it, Patole said Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Nehru, Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi had sacrificed for the country. He said the BJP was committing this act by harbouring sinful thoughts about such people. Patole said the BJP and the Sangh should clarify their position on what Modi and the Election Commission are doing, and that these people were doing so for publicity.

Patole also said the BJP began with the Sangh in Nagpur and that a wrestling bout is now going on inside the Sangh. He claimed a fire would spread ahead. Patole also said the anger of the Bahujans against this system is plainly visible today.

Patole expressed confidence that Congress candidate Abhijit Wanjari was certain to win the graduates' constituency election because voting would be held on ballot paper.

Patole said picking up people from railways and the metro was a strategy of pressure and that the Modi government had resorted to dictatorial rule. According to him, this method is therefore even more cruel than the British. Patole said there was no transparency in democracy and that voting was not conducted transparently.

Patole said that until yesterday this was the public's allegation, but now the Supreme Court too had expressed its opinion. Therefore, by Patole's claim, the Modi government was not elected by the people's votes but came to power by stealing votes.

Referring to Bhandara, Patole said a farmer had appealed to Guardian Minister Pankaj Bhoyar there, and two days later the farmer died by suicide. Therefore, Patole said, this government has begun cruelty and dictatorial rule.
