Hero MotoCorp has shown the Xpulse 150, a light adventure motorcycle, in Milan, but has not announced a launch date or price for India.
Hero MotoCorp has unveiled its new adventure motorcycle, the Hero Xpulse 150, at the EICMA 2026 exhibition in Milan, Italy. It is the smaller-engined model in the company's Xpulse family. At the same exhibition, the company also showed the Xpulse 450 and a scrambler concept.
The bike is powered by a 150 cc, air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 12.2 bhp of power and 12.8 Nm of torque. It comes with a 5-speed gearbox. The company has stressed low weight, good ground clearance and easy handling rather than more power. For this reason, it could prove useful both for daily city commuting and for riding on rough roads.
The Xpulse 150 has a kerb weight of 141.5 kg. Its ground clearance is 220 mm, which reduces the risk of the underside of the bike snagging on potholes, stones and uneven tracks. The seat height is 826 mm and the fuel tank holds 10.6 litres, so longer journeys can also be considered. However, shorter riders should judge the seat height by sitting on the bike themselves.
The design includes a high front mudguard, a windscreen, a straight handlebar and slim bodywork, which give the bike the look of a traditional adventure motorcycle. It also has a single-piece seat, a rear luggage rack and a digital instrument console. It runs on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels. This setup could be useful on rough roads and light off-road tracks.
In the line-up, the bike will sit below the Xpulse 200 and the Xpulse 210. Compared with the Xpulse 450, which has a 421 cc engine, it is likely to appeal to a different kind of rider. Given its low weight and simple engine set-up, its price is expected to be kept affordable. However, the company has not yet announced the India launch date or price. Riders will now watch for when the bike arrives in the Indian market.
