Hero MotoCorp has unveiled its new Hero Scrambler Concept motorcycle at EICMA 2026. The company built the bike drawing on the Dakar Rally. It blends retro design with an adventure style, and the company has used the concept to offer a glimpse of a new motorcycle to come.
The company has held its position as the world's largest two-wheeler maker for 25 consecutive years. It showed the bike at the exhibition in Milan on this occasion.
On design, the Hero Scrambler Concept has a round headlamp with an H-shaped light signature. A small smoked flyscreen sits above the headlamp, and red hand guards are fitted on both sides of the handlebar. At the front it has a high red mudguard, fork guards and gold-finish wire-spoke wheels. Block-pattern tyres make the bike look ready for rough terrain.
The fuel tank has red side panels and stripe graphics, with a black top. A metal utility rack is also visible above the tank. A round digital instrument console is placed in front of the rider, behind the flyscreen. The retro look is retained while modern features have been added.
From the side, a black trellis frame, a large radiator and metal protection under the engine are visible. A brown ribbed seat, silver side panels and gold wire-spoke wheels give the bike a distinct look. At the rear are a high tail section, a round tail lamp and a compact mudguard. A large exhaust is fitted on the right side.
The concept draws its inspiration from the experience of the Hero MotoSports Team Rally and the Dakar races. However, the company has said nothing about engine capacity, gearbox, suspension, braking system or electronic features. No announcement has been made on production or a launch date in India. For now, the concept shows only the design direction of an upcoming premium scrambler.
