Hero MotoCorp has displayed the Hero Classic Concept and a Scrambler Concept at EICMA 2026, but has given no engine details or Indian launch date.

Hero MotoCorp has unveiled its new Hero Classic Concept motorcycle at EICMA 2026, under way in Milan. The company has put it on display alongside a Scrambler Concept. Retro styling, a premium finish and handcrafted work define the concept bike, which is being seen as a preview of an upcoming premium motorcycle.

The Classic Concept is being viewed as a possible rival to the Royal Enfield Classic 350. The company has not made any announcement on this so far.

On design, the front has a large round headlamp with an H-shaped LED light signature. A gold-finish nacelle surrounds the headlamp. The fork covers are of polished metal and the mudguard is chrome. The front forks are blue, and wire-spoke wheels add to the bike's vintage look. The handlebar has brown grips, and a gold-finish brake fluid reservoir is also visible.

The fuel tank is the biggest attraction of the design. Most of the tank has a polished metal finish. Dark blue panels on both sides carry golden artistic engraving. The floral engraved design gives the bike a touch of traditional handicraft. A brown leather strip runs through the middle of the tank. The same theme is carried onto the seat, a long leather seat with diamond-pattern stitching.

From the side, the engine's metallic covers, gold-finish cooling fins and blue structural parts stand out. A long chrome exhaust running along the right side matches the classic look. At the rear are a small round tail lamp, a blue rear mudguard and twin shock absorbers on both sides. The cockpit has a small round digital instrument display.

Hero has given no information on the concept's engine capacity, power, torque or production. The launch date in India has not been announced either. Even so, Hero could develop a new bike based on this design to enter the 350cc motorcycle segment. If that happens, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 could in future face a new rival.
