Bomb threat to Amitabh Bachchan's Juhu bungalow Jalsa; police search finds nothing suspicious

A threat to blow up 'Jalsa', the Juhu, Mumbai, bungalow of Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, has come to light. The threat was reportedly made at the police control room. The news caused alarm in the area, and police have begun an inquiry as a security measure.

On receiving information about the threat, police searched the Jalsa bungalow. Nothing suspicious was found in the search. Police are now trying to establish who made the threat and from where. Notably, a threat to blow up Bachchan's bungalow has been made before as well.

It has also emerged that a concert by well-known singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh has been threatened with a grenade attack. This has once again raised the question of the safety of film and music artists and their events. Security for celebrities is reportedly being increased in view of the continuing threats.

Cases of threats appear to have been rising over the past few days. After the firing incident linked to actor Tiger Shroff, there were reports of threats to the mayor's office and some schools. With the threats to Bachchan's bungalow Jalsa and Dosanjh's concert, concern is being expressed again.

Police are investigating all these cases. Who threatened Bachchan's bungalow, what the real motive behind the threat is and whether there is a conspiracy behind it will become clear only after the investigation. Until then, police are continuing their search and keeping watch on the area around the bungalow.
