Raut blames Amit Shah, Thane Police over Pradeep Purnekar murder, calls police 'accused number one'
Sanjay Raut said Thane Police are fully responsible for Pradeep Purnekar's murder and demanded that the "lady don" and her husband be expelled from the party first.
MP Sanjay Raut, speaking to the media, targeted Union Home Minister Amit Shah over the murder of Pradeep Purnekar. Raut said, "We will not let this blood of Pradeep Purnekar be digested. Home Minister Amit Shah has created goonda raj in Maharashtra. Blood-stained clothes should be thrown at Amit Shah. Amit Shah has raised devils."
According to Raut, Thane Police are entirely responsible for the murder. He said Thane Police are accused number one in the case. He also asked whether the police commissioner is a servant of the guardian minister.
Raut appealed to BJP leader Ganesh Naik to go to Thane, visit Purnekar's home and lead Thane. He said his people stand with Naik. Raut claimed that had he and Aaditya Thackeray not gone there, the names of the main accused would not have come out at all.
Raut said the case was being given a political turn because it was a political murder. He demanded that the "lady don" and her husband be expelled from the party first, as Ramesh Mhatre was. He asked why Shinde was standing behind Meenakshi Shinde. Raut also said Shinde should show morality, and that after hearing her clip, Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray would have expelled her from the party at once.
Raut said some people put up Balasaheb Thackeray's photographs, take his name and call themselves heirs to his ideas. According to him, his party is Balasaheb Thackeray's party, and he asked how others can be heirs to his ideas. Raut said the murder had thrown a family onto the street. He said the family should vent its anger and abuse, as he does. He warned that this blood would not be digested.
Speaking on the Cockroach Janta Party agitation in Delhi, Raut said an agitation is under way in Delhi and the main CJP agitation is also on in Mumbai. According to him, there is widespread anger among people. Raut said Aaditya Thackeray and his daughter are also joining the CJP agitation. He said that even if arrests followed, they were ready.
Raut said permission was sought for the CJP agitation just as it is sought for weddings and DJs. He asked why Fadnavis was angry about it and said Fadnavis should have permitted this agitation too. Raut alleged that attempts are still being made to suppress the CJP agitation. He said these cockroaches would still succeed and Gyanesh Kumar too would have to go.
Raut said the India bloc also has a big agitation on the 4th of the coming month. He asked why it is permitted while the CJP agitation is not, and why there is Hitler and Mussolini rule in the state. Raut said even the British had not imposed such conditions. He also said the courts have become slaves and people from the Sangh sit in key posts.
