MG Hector Blackstorm and Snowstorm limited editions launched at Rs 19.99 lakh ex-showroom

JSW MG Motor has launched the 2026 Blackstorm and Snowstorm editions of its Hector SUV. The two editions are meant for customers who want a premium look that stands apart from regular vehicles. Both limited editions are priced at Rs 19,99,800 ex-showroom.
Both models are powered by a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that produces 143 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. It is paired with a CVT automatic gearbox.
As the name suggests, the Blackstorm gets an all-black exterior theme. The Snowstorm comes with a pearl white body and a starry black roof. Both SUVs feature a Storm Hex grille, dark chrome logos, piano black roof rails, smoked connected tail lamps and black headlamp bezels. Red brake calipers sit behind the Aura Storm Blade alloy wheels. Skid plates, body cladding and the tailgate also have a dark finish.
The cabin too follows a black theme, with all-black leather upholstery, the edition name on the front headrests and dark trim. The leather-wrapped steering wheel has a gunmetal finish. Other features include 8-colour ambient lighting, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, an air purifier and an automatic powered tailgate.
Both editions have a 35.56 cm portrait HD touchscreen and a 17.78 cm digital instrument cluster. The Smart Boost system makes the screen respond faster. With i-Swipe, climate, navigation and music can be controlled through 2-finger and 3-finger gestures. i-Smart offers more than 70 connected functions, a digital Bluetooth key, key sharing and remote access.
For safety, the SUVs get a 360-degree HD camera, wheel view, front parking sensors, ABS, EBD, ESC, traction control, hill-hold and brake assist. ADAS, rain-sensing wipers and connected safety functions are also available.
Customers will also get an accessories package. The dealer-fitted Storm package, which includes an edition badge, red tailgate accent, fog lamp eye-shadows, ORVM protectors and side steps, comes at no extra cost. MG is offering 100% on-road price financing for up to 84 months. The MG Shield 3+3+3 package includes a 3-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, 3 years of roadside assistance and 3 labour-free services.
