ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot are considered the leading tools for this. They can be used to find information in Marathi, draft text, translate, and explain difficult subjects in simple language. However, the accuracy of each tool in Marathi, and the features it offers, may differ.
Students can use AI to understand answers to study questions. It also helps in outlining an essay and in learning difficult concepts in simple language. This can make exam preparation more systematic. But it is more important to understand what AI says than to simply memorise it.
In journalism, AI can speed up many tasks. It can prove useful in drafting a news report, checking Marathi spelling, summarising long texts and getting options for attractive headlines.
