The trailer of Prime Video's upcoming MX Original series "Duniya Ki Thayan Thayan" has been released. The story shows how love, betrayal and a thirst for revenge change a man's life. The trailer shows a young marksman's journey, which began with a dream of competing at the Olympics, turning into a fire of revenge after a betrayal.

Rishabh Jaiswal and Deepali Sharma play the lead roles. The series will stream free on Prime Video and MX Player from October 22, 2026.

The story is set in Shaktipur, a city of political tension. Vikas Kumar (Rishabh Jaiswal) is an ambitious young marksman who dreams of competing at the Olympics. But a betrayal occurs in his life and his whole world changes.

Vikas stakes everything to save his girlfriend, Vaishnavi Chaturvedi (Deepali Sharma), the daughter of a powerful legislator. But when she testifies against Vikas in court, his faith in love and trust is shattered. His life then takes a new turn and he becomes "Vicky Bhaiyya".

Many years later, Vikas and Vaishnavi come face to face again, but circumstances have changed completely. Vaishnavi is now a Superintendent of Police, and she is the one entrusted with the responsibility of delivering justice to Vicky Bhaiyya.

The pair, once bound by love, now appear to grapple with the burden of broken trust, old wounds and a desire for revenge. The series will show the clash between the wish for justice and the urge to take revenge. The trailer has already raised curiosity about the story.

Rishabh Jaiswal, who plays Vikas, also known as Vicky Bhaiyya, said the most important aspect of the role was how a young man who starts out with a clear purpose, trust in his family and belief in love changes over time. Playing the shifts in Vikas's nature, brought on by anger, disillusionment and the need to face the past, was emotionally challenging for him.

According to Deepali Sharma, who plays Vaishnavi, Vaishnavi has grown up amid power and special privileges, yet her journey is not straightforward. Her relationship with Vikas brings many tangled emotions and decisions into her life. On one side is the bond of the past, on the other her duty as a police officer. The pull between the two makes her character significant.

The idea and production of the series are by Sachin Pandey. It is directed by Sumit Chawla and written by Nitin Kesvani. It has been made under the banner of Bombay Show Studios.

According to producer Sachin Pandey, the story is centred on how a single moment of betrayal can change a person's life and how the decisions taken afterwards shape their personality. The story attempts to lay bare the tangles of love, the burden of broken trust, and the line between seeking justice and taking revenge.

It will be interesting to see what turn the lives of Vikas and Vaishnavi take in this story, which brings together love, politics, betrayal and revenge.
