Tejas Deoskar begins shooting horror fantasy film with Sonali Kulkarni in lead role

A new horror fantasy film is on its way to audiences as Marathi cinema continues to experiment with different subjects. The muhurat of the film was held recently.

The film is directed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar, who has made a name as a director with films such as Bucket List and Devmanus. Actress Sonali Kulkarni, Suyog Gorhe and Rasika Sunil will play the lead roles.

Deoskar has written as well as directed the film. It is being made jointly by Nitin Vaidya Productions and Riyaan Rai Motion Pictures (UK). Nitin Vaidya and Jitendra Rai are the producers.

The film combines two different genres, horror and fantasy, and there is curiosity about what kind of experience it will offer. Not much about the story has been disclosed so far. The title has not been announced yet, and an official announcement will be made soon.

Speaking about the film, Deoskar said, "I always try to give audiences a different experience with every film. I particularly liked the concept of this film and the world of the story that is taking shape from it. The horror fantasy genre lets us go beyond reality and explore many possibilities. So with this film we do not want to offer only the experience of fear, but are trying to take audiences into an entirely different world. I am also eager to reveal the特 features of this story to the audience."

Producer Nitin Prakash Vaidya also expressed enthusiasm about the film. He said, "Marathi cinema is experimenting with different genres along with strong stories, and audiences are responding well to them. We liked Tejas Deoskar's unique way of looking at this film. We are fully confident that this film, in a different genre like horror fantasy, will give audiences a new experience."

Co-producer Jitendra Rai said, "We are happy to get the chance to bring a different story world to audiences through this film. The involvement of talented artistes such as Sonali Kulkarni, Suyog Gorhe and Rasika Sunil is important for this project. We hope this film, being made with excellent artistes and technicians, will certainly bring something different for audiences."
