The Supreme Court of India has issued an official notification for recruitment to the post of junior court attendant. Candidates who have passed only Class 10 can apply for a government job in the country's top court. A total of 130 posts will be filled.

According to the Supreme Court's advertisement, the recruitment is for 130 tentative posts of junior court attendant, Group C (non-clerical). Online applications will open on November 4, 2026. Eligible candidates will have until 11:55 pm on November 25, 2026 to submit the form. No application will be accepted after that deadline, and candidates have been asked not to wait for the last date and to apply in time.

Candidates who have passed at least Class 10 or at most Class 12 from any recognised board or institution in the country are fully eligible for the post.

Age will be calculated as on October 1, 2026. The minimum age of an applicant must be 18 years and the maximum 27 years. Reserved categories will get relaxation under government rules: three years in the upper age limit for the OBC category and five years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection will be through a fixed process. Applicants will first sit an objective-type written examination, which may tentatively be held on December 26, 2026. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for an interview in the next stage. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in both the written examination and the interview.

Interested candidates can fill in their applications online on the Supreme Court's official website from November 4.
