The contest in the Nagpur graduates' constituency election has become tighter. The Congress and the BJP have both announced their candidates. The Congress has given its ticket to Abhijit Wanjari, while the BJP has fielded Sudhakar Kohale.

After the two major parties settled on their candidates, rebellion has begun. The BJP's Anil Sole has said he will file his nomination. Nitesh Karale of the Sharad Pawar faction has also announced that he will file his nomination for the Nagpur graduates' constituency.

Karale is due to file his nomination today, Monday. He will take out a rally from Samvidhan Chowk in Nagpur for the purpose. After his announcement, it is being claimed that there has been a revolt in the Maha Vikas Aghadi. But Nitesh Karale himself has rejected the claim.

Karale, known as Karale Guruji, says there is no election symbol in the graduates' Legislative Council election, so it cannot be called a revolt. Karale Master also said he is getting a response from a large number of voters and is confident about it.

Karale expressed confidence that he has the support of many people from the Nationalist party as well as the Congress, Shiv Sena, the BJP and all parties. According to him, this is a graduates' constituency and it should have a man who fights for graduates.

Karale alleged that under the present system, an established person is sent who fights to save their own schools and colleges. Or a seat is given to a former legislator to protect their standing, and dynastic politics is practised. He alleged that such established people do not raise graduates' issues at all.

He said that if an educated graduate who fights on the issues of farmers' sons, unemployed youth and employees goes there, that person will be able to raise good issues. Therefore, according to Karale, this cannot be called a revolt.

Meanwhile, Karale Master came out of jail on bail a few weeks ago. A case under the Atrocities Act had been registered against him over a statement. After leaving jail, Karale Master had announced that he would continue social work and politics. At that time he had made serious allegations against those in power.
