Ladli Behna 41st instalment of Rs 1,500 to be released today for about 1.25 crore women
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will release the 41st instalment of the Madhya Pradesh scheme from Gurhawahi village in Umaria district.
The 41st instalment of the Madhya Pradesh government's Ladli Behna scheme will be released today, October 14, 2026. Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will start the process with a single click from a programme organised at Guruvahi village in Umaria district.
The click will start the process of crediting Rs 1,500 each to the bank accounts of about 1.25 crore eligible women. However, if there are technical errors, the instalment of some beneficiaries may get stuck.
Under the scheme, eligible women are given financial assistance of Rs 1,500 every month. Forty instalments have been paid so far. The amount of the 41st instalment will be sent directly to bank accounts through DBT, or direct benefit transfer. The scheme aims to make women financially empowered and give them financial support for their daily needs.
Four reasons have been listed for why payments may get held up. First, if the Aadhaar number is not linked to the bank account or the DBT facility is not active, there may be a problem in crediting the money.
Second, if the information in the Samagra ID is wrong, there is a mismatch in names or the required e-KYC is incomplete, there may be obstacles in verifying beneficiaries.
Third, if the bank account has become inactive because of no transactions for a long time, the credit transaction may fail. Fourth, women who do not meet the eligibility conditions of the scheme or who have been found ineligible in verification may face difficulties in getting the instalment. Beneficiary women should therefore check their documents and account details in time.
To see whether the money has arrived, beneficiary women should first visit the scheme's official website, cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in. They should choose the option to view application and payment status there. After filling in the required details and completing verification, the instalment status will be shown.
If the money has not been credited to the account, they should check Aadhaar seeding, DBT status and whether the account is active. They should then contact the bank or the concerned local office.
The start of the process of sending the instalment does not mean that money will show up in the accounts of all beneficiaries at the same time. Women should therefore keep checking payment status on the official portal.
