Pizza is a favourite with children and adults alike. Children, wherever they go, insist on eating pizza. Instead of giving them refined flour (maida) pizza from outside every time, it is better to feed them pizza made at home.
The reason is clear. Eating things made from refined flour repeatedly increases indigestion and begins to harm health. So you can quickly make a paratha pizza from wheat flour. Everyone at home will like it, and it will taste good too.
You can choose the vegetables for the pizza as you like. Most people make a fuss about eating vegetables, but when they are in a pizza, nobody notices. This Western dish, which is served at cafes and hotels, can be made easily at home. Instead of buying a ready-made pizza base from the market, prepare a wheat flour base at home.
For the ingredients, you will need kneaded wheat flour dough, capsicum, onion, cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, sweet corn kernels, oregano and chilli flakes.
Begin the method like this. Take wheat flour in a plate and mix in salt to taste. Then add water as needed, knead the dough and cover it with a lid.
Now take a ball of dough and roll it out small. Place a cheese slice and mozzarella cheese on it and form it into a ball again. Seal the ball and press it down lightly. Then dust it with dry flour and roll out the paratha. Prick small holes in the rolled paratha with a spoon so that it does not puff up.
Next, cook the paratha on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once it is cooked, spread pizza sauce, corn kernels, capsicum, onion and grated mozzarella cheese on it. Cover it with a lid and steam it once.
Finally, sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on the prepared pizza and cook it on low heat. Your easy home-made paratha pizza is ready.
