Crime Branch arrests two for MD drug peddling near Bhande Plot Chowk in Nagpur

Nagpur: The NDPS cell of the Crime Branch has caught accused persons involved in MD trafficking in front of Vishal Mega Mart at Bhande Plot Chowk. Two accused have been arrested, while the names of three of their associates have surfaced.

A team led by PI Bharat Kshirsagar raided the spot near the public road in front of Vishal Mega Mart. Suraj Kathane and Harshal Abgad, who were riding a bike, were detained.

Police recovered 52 grams of MD, three mobile phones and a two-wheeler from them. The seized goods are valued at about Rs 2.68 lakh.

Three associates of the accused have also been identified. They are being searched for.
