Tiger Shroff sells Khar West flat for Rs 9 crore, four days after Juhu firing on his car

Actor Tiger Shroff has sold his apartment in Khar West, Mumbai, for Rs 9 crore. The sale was registered on October 22, 2026, according to CRE Matrix.

The registration came four days after shots were fired near Shroff's car at Pushpa Park in Juhu on October 18. Unidentified attackers opened fire. Shroff was not hurt, but his driver was injured. Police have since arrested some people in connection with the attack.

The flat is in D wing of Rustomjee Paramount Co-operative Housing Society on 18th Road, Khar West. It is on the ninth floor and has a carpet area of 1,291.14 sq ft, along with an exclusive area of 95.80 sq ft. Two covered parking spaces go with it. The buyers paid Rs 54 lakh in stamp duty. Who the buyers are has not been made public.

Shroff had bought the home from developer Keystone Realtors in July 2018 for Rs 7.61 crore and took possession in November 2019. The sale price is therefore about Rs 1.39 crore above what he paid, a gain of roughly 18.3 per cent. That figure is a simple difference. It leaves out tax, other costs of the deal and the upkeep of the property, so the real profit could be different.

This is reported to be Shroff's third property sale in 2026, and the deal has turned attention to his real estate investments. He is counted among the highest-paid actors in Bollywood, earning crores from films, brands and advertisements, and he puts a part of that money into property. He owns several other properties in Mumbai. Khar West is a favourite area of film stars, and many leading actors live there.

The closeness of the two dates has led many people to ask whether the sale is linked to the firing, whether Shroff is thinking of leaving Mumbai, or whether security was the reason. There has been no official word on any of this. Nothing has emerged to show a connection, and it is being said that the two events are separate. The sale may well have been decided before the attack, and the reason for it is still not known.

Since the firing, Shroff has focused on his work and his transactions. He is also due to begin shooting for a new film soon.
