BSNL launches Rs 51 Freedom Offer for new users with free SIM, data and calling till October 31
State-run BSNL's Rs 51 offer gives new customers a free SIM with 2GB daily data, unlimited calls and 100 SMS a day for 28 days.
State-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a new Freedom Offer priced at just Rs 51. For this amount, a customer gets a new SIM along with data, calling and SMS benefits.
BSNL has been in the news for some time for its low-cost recharge plans and offers. The company keeps bringing out new offers so that users get a chance to buy a plan with more benefits at a lower price. The Freedom Offer is its latest step in that direction.
The offer is only for new users. The company has made it available for a limited period, which means it is not a permanent scheme.
The offer carries a validity of 28 days. Users get 2GB of high-speed data every day, meaning up to 56GB over the full validity. Unlimited calling is provided on both local and STD calls.
The plan also includes 100 SMS a day. For Rs 51, a customer thus gets a new SIM, data, calling and SMS together. The key highlight of the offer is that the SIM is free.
The company said the offer will be available at BSNL customer service centres and authorised vendors. It has also shared a post about the offer on the social media platform X.
According to the post on X, the Freedom Offer will remain valid until October 31, 2026. Customers who wish to avail of it must contact an authorised BSNL centre or retailer before October 31, 2026.
