India and New Zealand are currently playing a five-match T20 series. Two matches have been played and India won both, so they lead the series 2-0. The third match will be played tomorrow and is important for both teams.

If India win tomorrow's match, the series will be theirs. However, India are still waiting for their first win at this ground in Wellington, and Team India will go into the match looking for that first win here.

India took the lead by winning the first two matches, played in Christchurch. The side is now ready for the third match. The Indian team wants to change the history of defeats at this ground and turn the lead into a series win. India's record in T20 internationals at the Wellington ground has not been particularly good.

The figures show that India played their first T20 international at this ground in 2009. Since then, India have played 3 T20 matches here. They lost 2 of them and one ended without a result. India have therefore not won a single match at this ground so far, which makes tomorrow's match even more important for them.

Under Shreyas Iyer's captaincy, the Indian team is in excellent form. It has played well in both batting and bowling. Hosts New Zealand, on the other hand, have been put on the back foot after losing the first two matches. To keep the contest alive in the five-match series, the Kiwi side must win this match at any cost. New Zealand will also take the field tomorrow looking for their first win of the series.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi is likely to get a chance to play tomorrow as well.

India's squad includes Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson (wicketkeeper), Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer (captain), Tilak Varma, Nitish Reddy, Naman Dhir, Axar Patel, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mayank Yadav and Arshdeep Singh.

New Zealand's squad includes Finn Allen, Tim Seifert, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn Phillips, Bevon Jacobs, Michael Bracewell, Mitchell Santner (captain), Nathan Smith, Matt Henry, Adam Milne and Lockie Ferguson.
