India 'A' beat Australia 'A' by 49 runs in the third unofficial one-day international at the Seechem ground in Puducherry. It was India's first win of the series.

Australia 'A' had already taken the series by winning the first two matches. By winning the last match, the Indian team ended the series on a high. Australia won the three-match ODI series 2-1.

Australia 'A' won the toss and asked India 'A' to bat first. Openers Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh gave the team a strong start. Prabhsimran made 39 off 34 balls, while Priyansh added 49 off 45 balls.

India's innings then wobbled, slipping to 118 for five. Devdutt Padikkal (2), Rajat Patidar (3) and Nishant Sindhu (5) were dismissed cheaply.

Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad steadied the innings with 33 off 57 balls. Suryansh Shedge then played a fine half-century, scoring 66 off 60 balls, to take India past 200. Vipraj Nigam finished with 40 off 44 balls. The Indian team was bowled out for 275 in 47.3 overs. Ben Dwarshuis and Will Sutherland took three wickets each for Australia.

Chasing 276, Australia made a good start. Josh Philippe and Liam Scott put on 82 for the first wicket. Philippe was out for 56 off 48 balls, and Scott returned soon after for 26 off 42 balls. Lachlan Shaw then added 31, Nathan McSweeney 39 and Nikhil Chaudhary 29.

However, Australia's innings then faltered, and the remaining batters were dismissed within 27 runs. The whole Australian side was all out for 226 in 46.2 overs.

For India, Gurjapneet Singh bowled well to take three wickets. Yash Thakur and Nishant Sindhu took two each, while Vipraj Nigam and Anukul Roy took one apiece. Vipraj Nigam was named Player of the Match for his performance. Australia's Nathan McSweeney received the Player of the Series award. He scored 299 runs in the three-match ODI series and also took two wickets.
