Gold rises again, 24-carat at Rs 1,50,230 per 10 grams; silver unchanged

Gold prices rose again today, while silver remained at yesterday's level. On October 7, 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 15,023 per gram in the country. 22-carat gold was at Rs 13,771 per gram and 18-carat gold at Rs 11,268 per gram.
Per 10 grams, 22-carat gold costs Rs 1,37,710 on October 7. 24-carat gold is selling at Rs 1,50,230 and 18-carat gold at Rs 1,12,680 per 10 grams.
On the previous day, October 6, prices were somewhat lower. That day, 24-carat gold was Rs 14,917 per gram, 22-carat Rs 13,674 and 18-carat Rs 11,188. Per 10 grams, 22-carat gold was Rs 1,36,740, 24-carat Rs 1,49,170 and 18-carat Rs 1,11,880.
Silver was priced at Rs 234.90 per gram and Rs 2,34,900 per kg on October 7. On October 6 as well, silver was Rs 234.90 per gram and Rs 2,34,900 per kg.
