Gold prices edge up in 22, 24 and 18 carat, silver also costlier

Gold prices changed once again today, with a slight rise recorded in the price of 22, 24 and 18 carat gold. On September 27, the rate of 24 carat gold is Rs 15,268 per gram, while 22 carat gold is priced at Rs 13,995 per gram. The rate of 18 carat gold has been recorded at Rs 11,451 per gram.

In terms of 10 grams, 24 carat gold is priced at Rs 1,52,680 today, while 22 carat gold is priced at Rs 1,39,950. The rate of 18 carat gold per 10 grams stands at Rs 1,14,510.

Silver prices also rose today, with the rate at Rs 245 per gram. This means buyers will have to pay Rs 2,45,000 for one kilogram of silver.

Yesterday, September 26, these rates were slightly higher. The rate of 24 carat gold was Rs 15,285 per gram, 22 carat was Rs 14,011 per gram, and 18 carat was Rs 11,464 per gram. In terms of 10 grams, 22 carat gold was priced at Rs 1,40,110, 24 carat at Rs 1,52,850, and 18 carat at Rs 1,14,640 yesterday. Silver was recorded at Rs 244.90 per gram and Rs 2,44,900 per kilogram yesterday.

City-wise, in Mumbai and Pune today, the rate of 22 carat gold per 10 grams is Rs 1,39,950, 24 carat is Rs 1,52,680, and 18 carat is Rs 1,14,510. The same rates apply in Kerala, Kolkata, Nagpur, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

In Delhi and Chandigarh today, the rate of 22 carat gold per 10 grams is Rs 1,40,100, 24 carat is Rs 1,52,830, and 18 carat is Rs 1,14,660. The same rates apply in Lucknow and Jaipur.

In Chennai today, the rate of 22 carat gold per 10 grams is Rs 1,40,000, 24 carat is Rs 1,52,730, and 18 carat is Rs 1,17,700. In Nashik, the rate of 22 carat gold is Rs 1,39,980, 24 carat is Rs 1,52,710, and 18 carat is Rs 1,14,540. In Surat, the rate of 22 carat gold is Rs 1,40,000, 24 carat is Rs 1,52,730, and 18 carat is Rs 1,14,560.
