Velora Impact Ltd, which moved from chemicals into agriculture and IT on January 1, 2026, reported unaudited first-half and second-quarter results.
Velora Impact Limited, which works in agriculture and information technology (IT), has released its unaudited results for the first half and the second quarter of the current financial year. The company made a major change to its business from January 1, 2026, and the results show its effect clearly.
In the first half of the current financial year, the company's net profit rose three times to Rs 12.63 crore. In the same period last year, the figure was Rs 4.49 crore.
The company's revenue drew the most attention. Revenue from operations in the first half was Rs 290.56 crore, against just Rs 3.33 crore in the same period last year. In the second quarter, revenue was Rs 148.64 crore. The figure for Q2 FY26 was Rs 2.17 crore.
Other earnings figures have also been disclosed. In H1 FY27, the company's EBITDA was Rs 16.91 crore. In Q2 FY27, EBITDA rose 36.1 per cent to Rs 8.92 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to Rs 22.67 from Rs 8.05 last year.
The company was earlier named Prateeksha Chemicals Limited. Before January 1, 2026, it was engaged in manufacturing and trading chemicals. It then changed its core business and entered two new areas, agriculture and IT. The change has benefited the company greatly.
Of the first-half revenue of Rs 290.56 crore, Rs 279.42 crore came from the purchase, sale and supply of agricultural products alone. This includes the supply of grains, pulses and fresh vegetables.
The IT division earned revenue of Rs 11.14 crore in the first half. Under it, the company provides software development, ERP solutions, digital transformation and IT infrastructure.
Managing Director Sumit Harjibhai Gol said that moving out of the chemicals sector into agriculture and IT was a very important milestone in the growth of Velora Impact. According to him, the company entered both sectors with clear goals after identifying market needs. He said this good early financial response proves the company's grip on its business. Gol also said the company's focus going ahead would be on expanding its client network and building long-term value for shareholders.
