Force Motors Limited, India's largest van manufacturer and a leading player in the shared and special mobility solutions sector, has announced results for the second quarter and first half ended September 30, 2026. The company said the successful launch of the new Traveller N range and the Urbania Deluxe drew a good response from customers, and vehicle sales have gained pace as a result.

For the first half of financial year 2027, total revenue was Rs 5,445 crore, up 23% from the same period last year. EBITDA rose 13% to Rs 842 crore and profit before tax rose 13% to Rs 682 crore. Profit after tax for the half-year was Rs 504 crore. Total vehicle sales in the first half rose 23%.

Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Prasan Firodia said: "The first half of financial year 2026-27 has been one of transformation and regained momentum for Force Motors. The launch of the new Traveller N range and the Urbania Deluxe was a step that further strengthened our product portfolio. After making necessary changes in operations, we were able to regain momentum through the hard work of our capable teams, and sales have risen sharply in the past two months."

Firodia added: "We are investing about Rs 3,000 crore with a long-term outlook. This investment will double our production capacity to about 80,000 vehicles. Along with this, the soon-to-be-launched Traveller EV range will further strengthen our position in electric mobility."

The company's balance sheet is debt-free. Along with the digital empowerment under Project DigiForce and the strong customer response, this leaves Force Motors ready to sustain the growth momentum through the coming festival season and the second half of the year.
