Two men trick elderly domestic worker into handing over gold chain with promise of sharing cash in Nagpur
Two men posing as holders of a bundle of notes duped a 60-year-old domestic worker near Vardhaman Nagar and fled with her gold chain.

Nagpur: Two thieves duped an elderly woman who works as a domestic help and made off with her mangalsutra.
Asha, 60, earns her living as a domestic worker. On the morning of October 6, she was returning home from work when two men stopped her near Parampara Lawn in Vardhaman Nagar. They told her they had a bundle of notes with them.
Luring her with the promise of sharing the money, they asked her to hand over the gold chain around her neck. Asha took off the chain and gave it to the accused, who fled with it.
After reaching home, Asha told her family about the incident and then lodged a complaint at Lakadganj police station. The police have registered a case of cheating.
Asha supports her family by working as a domestic help. She is in shock after the incident.
