Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff's property deal is drawing attention. His upscale apartment in Khar West, Mumbai, has been sold for Rs 9 crore. The flat was registered on October 22.
Firing targeting Shroff's car took place in Juhu on October 18. The registration came four days later, which has made people curious about the timing of the deal. However, nothing has so far emerged to suggest any connection between the sale of the flat and the firing.
According to available information, the apartment is in D wing of Rustomjee Paramount Co-operative Housing Society on 18th Road, Khar West. The flat, on the 9th floor of the building, has a carpet area of 1,291.14 sq ft. The deal also includes an exclusive area of 95.80 sq ft.
The buyers also get two covered parking spaces with the property. They paid Rs 54 lakh in stamp duty for the deal. The transaction is being counted among the significant deals in Mumbai's expensive residential property market.
Shroff had bought the apartment from developer Keystone Realtors in July 2018 for Rs 7.61 crore. He got possession of the flat in November 2019. The apartment has now been sold for Rs 9 crore.
On this basis, Shroff has received about Rs 1.39 crore more than the purchase price, a gain of roughly 18.3 per cent. However, this calculation does not include tax, other costs related to the deal and the cost of maintaining the property, so the actual profit may differ.
The closeness of the dates alone does not mean the two events are connected. No official information has emerged on whether the sale had been decided earlier or whether there was another reason behind it.
According to the information available, this is Shroff's third property sale in 2026. It has also drawn attention to the actor's real estate investments.
The reason for the sale is not clear, and there is no evidence of any link to the firing incident.
