Suzuki launches Hayabusa special edition at Rs 19.90 lakh ex-showroom
Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched a 2026 special edition of the Hayabusa at Rs 19.90 lakh ex-showroom Delhi, Rs 91,000 more than the standard bike.
Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched a new special edition of the Hayabusa for 2026. It is priced at Rs 19.90 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. The standard Hayabusa costs Rs 18.99 lakh, so customers will pay Rs 91,000 more for the special edition.
The special edition comes in Pearl Vigor Blue. It gets special decals, wheels with a different finish and a 3D Suzuki logo on the fuel tank. A special edition potted emblem on the tank, an anodised muffler end and heat-guard parts are also provided. A single-seat cowl comes as standard. This makes the bike's premium look stand out without a major change to its original design.
Along with the special edition, three new colour combinations have been introduced for the standard Hayabusa. The bike's electronics have also seen some important changes. The new ELIIY Power lithium-ion battery is lighter and more compact than the earlier unit, and is designed to deliver a more stable voltage under load.
The settings of the Hayabusa's Launch Control System and Power Mode Selector have also been improved. The change to Smart Cruise Control is particularly notable. The system now stays active while changing gears. This reduces the need for the rider to manage the throttle at every gear shift and can make long-distance rides easier.
There are no major changes to the mechanical setup. The bike has a 1,340 cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, 4-cylinder DOHC engine. The engine produces 190 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The twin-spar aluminium frame, KYB inverted forks, Bridgestone BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S22 tyres and Brembo Stylema front calipers continue as before.
Features such as Motion Track Traction Control, a bi-directional quickshifter, Suzuki Easy Start, Low RPM Assist and Slope Dependent Control are also offered. The Hayabusa is thus equipped with technology not only for speed but also for the riding experience. The special edition is now available at Suzuki Motorcycle India dealerships across the country.
