Saurabh Dhumane becomes medical officer, credits parents' blessings for success

Saurabh Dhumane has completed his medical studies at Rashtrasant Janardan Swami Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Centre, Kopargaon, Shirdi taluka, Ahilyanagar district, and is now starting work as a medical officer. Family, friends and well-wishers have showered him with congratulations.

Saurabh said with gratitude that the biggest strength behind the success was his parents' blessings and their tireless effort. His father is Vilas Natthuji Dhumane, and his mother, Leela Vilas Dhumane, is a former woman councillor. According to Saurabh, he reached this point only because of the values, love and support he received from his parents and the effort they put into his education.

Saurabh said many people guided and encouraged him through his medical studies. He named Madhuri Ramteke, Shalini Chavan, Pandurang Ambatkar (chairman, Somaiya Group of Institutions), Adv. Azhar Qureshi, Dr Imran, Niteshkumar, Dr Pankaj Kavishwar, Dr Sheetalkumar Sonawane, Mahendra Ramteke, Praveen Dighore and Pankaj Bhasme.

He also expressed special thanks for the support of the Vilas Cable Network friends' circle, the people of Gautam Nagar ward, Ashok Donge (grandfather), Sindhu Dhumane (grandmother), Narayan Donge (maternal uncle), Mahesh More (sarpanch), Atul Kolhe, Anil Padole (councillor) and Tannay Chikte.

During his college days, Shubham Kandalkar, Yogesh Nikale, Ujjwal Sonawane, Sakshi Kakde, Gayatri Vaidya, Parnavi Khadkar and Nilam Madam also supported him greatly. Saurabh also said that Suraj Dakre guided and encouraged him continuously, both personally and in his studies.

As he begins his new responsibility as a medical officer, he is expected to keep up the ideal of serving needy patients in society with sensitivity and honesty. Family, friends, teachers and the people of Bhadravati are offering him their good wishes.
