Salman Khan has praised the pilot who landed a Dubai-Tel Aviv flight safely in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, after being injured in the cockpit.
What happened in the sky on September 30 sends a chill down the spine. Flydubai flight FZ1073 was flying from Dubai to Tel Aviv with more than 180 passengers on board. Something happened in the cockpit that put everyone's life at risk. At that moment, Marathi pilot Captain Smit Machhar showed courage, and the whole country is now praising him. His bravery and presence of mind are being talked about everywhere.
According to the information available, the two pilots had an argument in the cockpit while the aircraft was in the air. It escalated to the point that the co-pilot attacked Captain Smit Machhar directly. Captain Smit was seriously injured in the attack.
After the attack, the aircraft suddenly began descending rapidly. Panic spread in the cabin and passengers feared the worst. But despite his injuries, Captain Smit did not give up. He somehow steadied himself and managed to open the cockpit door. The crew outside helped and the situation was brought under control. The aircraft was then landed safely at Tabuk in Saudi Arabia. It is being said that a major accident could have happened had Captain Smit not shown courage. He has now been admitted to hospital and is undergoing treatment.

The post is going viral. His fans are also praising Captain Smit and calling him a real hero in the comments.
Veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar has gone a step further with a major demand. He wrote on X, "Salute to Smit Machhar! There is no doubt that he should be considered worthy of the Maha Vir Chakra, one of the country's highest gallantry awards." Many people have backed Javed Akhtar's demand.
