Royal Enfield has partnered with British premium helmet brand Hedon to launch a limited-edition helmet collection. Only 16 units will be made worldwide.

The 16 units will comprise 8 half-face and 8 full-face helmets. The collection comes in two styles, the Hedonist and the Heroine Racer. Both helmets will be handmade once an order is received.

The Hedonist is a half-face helmet priced at GBP 1,650, roughly Rs 2.11 lakh. It is available in six sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. It carries ECE 22.06 and DOT certification, so alongside its premium look it meets current safety standards.

Its shell is made of composite fibre, built from fibreglass and carbon fibre. Inside are Hed Armour lining, 360-degree cushion padding and Merlin anti-bacterial fabric. It also has black leather lining, white leather trim and a 3-channel ventilation system. Seven interchangeable coloured visors come with it.

The second helmet, the Heroine Racer, is a full-face model priced at GBP 2,100, roughly Rs 2.68 lakh. It can be ordered in six sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL. Like the Hedonist, it has ECE 22.06 and DOT certification, and it comes with a one-year standard warranty.

This model has an ultra-light, low-profile shell. It also has a stainless steel DD buckle, stainless steel hardware and an HEDON plate in anodised steel-coloured brass. An ECE-homologated clear visor comes with an extra red visor. The shell has a chrome patina and gloss finish over cream and red automotive paint.

The collection joins Royal Enfield's classic motorcycle culture with Hedon's premium craftsmanship. That sets it apart from an ordinary riding helmet and makes it special for collectors and for riders who favour premium motorcycle culture.
