A minor dispute over a car parked on the roadside in Nagpur's Siddharth Nagar-Teka area turned into a clash involving assault and vandalism. The incident took place on the evening of September 20. One person was injured in the fight, after which both sides filed FIRs against each other at Pachpaoli police station.

According to the complaint received by police, Shaikh Arman Shaikh Nasir was carrying coal on his Activa scooter when he found a car parked in front of the house of Vaibhav Khaparde and Sridhar Khaparde. Arman asked for the car to be moved, following which an argument broke out between the two sides.

The verbal argument soon turned into a scuffle. Both sides accused each other of abuse and assault. According to Arman's complaint, Vaibhav Khaparde attacked him with an iron rod, injuring his right hand.

Arman also alleged that his companion Aman Abdul Kareem was assaulted during the fight. He said his Shine motorcycle was also damaged in the incident, causing a loss of about Rs 6,000.

The other side subsequently filed a counter-complaint with police, alleging that Arman and his companions damaged their car.

After receiving complaints from both sides, Pachpaoli police registered cases against each other and began investigating the matter. Police are trying to establish how the dispute escalated and are examining the claims made by both sides.

What began as a minor dispute over moving a car parked on the road quickly turned into allegations of assault and damage to vehicles. Police are investigating the case based on statements from both sides.
