Nagpur: A minor involved in a murder case, who had escaped from a child reform home, has been caught by Sadar police after about a month and a half. He was picked up from Katangi in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh.

The minor was involved in a murder that took place within the limits of Sadar police station. After that case, he had been lodged in the child reform home at Kapil Nagar in Nagpur.

On the night of August 20, he went out with three other minors, saying they wanted to use the toilet. The four then broke a window and escaped from the home. Police had already caught three of them, but the fourth boy could not be traced.

Police finally received information that he was hiding at a relative's house in Katangi. Acting on that information, Sadar police caught him and handed him over to Kapil Nagar police.
