Ten major companies, including Mahanadi Coalfields, INOX Air, Razorpay and OYO, are preparing to list, with some looking to raise Rs 10,000 crore each.
The next few months could be busy for investors looking to earn from IPOs. Ten large companies in the country are preparing to enter the stock market. They include Mahanadi Coalfields, INOX Air, payments firm Razorpay and OYO, which is in the hotel business.
If these IPOs come, thousands of crores of rupees will flow into the market. Some companies alone plan to raise Rs 10,000 crore. Some will sell shares to expand their business, others to repay debt. The offerings are therefore seen as a big opportunity for investors.
The IPO market is already strong. It was very brisk in the first six months of the 2026-27 financial year, with large companies such as NSE, Jio Platforms and SBI Funds Management listing. In these six months, 78 companies raised Rs 94,205 crore through IPOs, 35.4% more than last year. Jio Platforms' Rs 30,213 crore IPO was the largest ever, breaking Hyundai's record of Rs 27,870 crore.
Now it is the turn of these 10 companies. INOX Air Products makes industrial, electronic and medical gases. Its market share in 2026 was 22.4%. Its IPO will be entirely an OFS, meaning the owners will sell their shares.
Avaada Electro makes solar cells and modules. Its IPO could be worth Rs 7,600 crore, with fresh shares worth Rs 1,600 crore and owners selling shares worth Rs 6,000 crore. The company's module manufacturing capacity is 8.5 GW.
The Singapore-based parent of beer maker Carlsberg India is planning to sell 8.64 crore shares. This too will be entirely an OFS. The company has seven factories of its own and eight contract units.
Inox Clean Energy wants to raise Rs 10,000 crore through its IPO. The money will go towards repaying debt and expanding the business.
Fitness company Cult.fit may bring an IPO of Rs 3,500 crore to Rs 4,000 crore. It will include fresh shares worth Rs 950 crore, and 17.86 crore shares will be sold through an OFS. The company has 708 centres and 10 lakh paid members. The money will be used to open new centres, pay rent and reduce debt.
OYO's parent company, Prism, is bringing its IPO in November 2026. The plan was earlier Rs 6,650 crore and has now been cut to Rs 3,350 crore. Of this, 75% of the money will go towards repaying the debt of a Singapore-based company.
Mahanadi Coalfields is a Coal India company. Coal India will sell 10% of its stake through an OFS. This will bring in Rs 10,000 crore, which will go to Coal India.
Payments company Razorpay has quietly filed papers with SEBI. The company will raise Rs 5,000 crore to Rs 6,000 crore.
Digital insurance company Acko has begun talks with banks. It is said that it will apply to SEBI in late 2026 and list in early 2027. The coming months are thus set to be hot for IPOs, and those who want to invest in new shares should start preparing now.
