An India-Taiwan B2B Vendor Development Conference was held to connect Nashik's manufacturing sector with global markets. The theme of the conference was "Connect, Collaborate and Grow". The focus was on how Nashik's local manufacturing capacity could be matched with the market needs of Taiwan.

The event was jointly organised by AIMA, NIMA, Laghu Udyog Bharati and Star Tech Alliance. Henry, a representative from Taiwan, AIMA president Rajendra Pansare, NIMA president Ashish Nahar and Laghu Udyog Bharati president Nitin Dhage were among the many prominent entrepreneurs present.

The sessions discussed prospects for partnership in areas such as precision robotics, medical devices, aerospace, drone technology and contract manufacturing. Henry, from Taiwan, said companies there need reliable manufacturers who make good-quality parts, and that Nashik's industries can play an important role in this.

AIMA president Rajendra Pansare and NIMA president Ashish Nahar appealed to entrepreneurs not to limit their capacity to the domestic market, and to develop it in line with global quality and standards. The initiative will give Nashik's micro, small and medium enterprises new technology, new customers and good opportunities to increase exports.

The initiative could strengthen prospects for improving technology in Nashik's industrial sector and joining global supply chains. If local companies talk directly with Taiwanese firms, they will get a chance to understand production capacity, quality standards and modern technologies.

Through joint ventures, technical collaboration and long-term supply contracts, Nashik's industries can also increase their presence in new markets. The organisers stressed that local manufacturers should understand Taiwan's requirements and prepare themselves accordingly.
