Mumbai, Oct 25: Government schemes must be implemented properly and their benefits must reach the last person in society, and the administration should work in coordination to achieve this, said Atul Save, Minister for Other Backward Bahujan Welfare, Dairy Development, Non-Conventional Energy and Welfare of Persons with Disabilities.
