People often choose candlelight dinners, gardens or pre-booked venues to propose marriage, but a couple in England took a very different route. The boyfriend chose the bottom of the sea to propose, and the video of the moment is now going viral on social media.

The incident is from Buckinghamshire, England, where James Walsh chose one of the most unusual locations in the world to propose to his girlfriend Paige Cook. He picked the shark tank at Skegness Aquarium in Lincolnshire. According to the information available, the special proposal took place on September 10. James had already informed the aquarium staff about his plan beforehand.

The video shows the couple, wearing wetsuits and scuba gear, swimming among fish underwater when James took out a board that read "WILL YOU MARRY ME". Paige Cook said yes with joy as soon as she saw it. The two then hugged each other underwater, making the moment even more memorable.

The video was shared from the aquarium's Facebook account, "Skegness Aquarium", and has been going viral on social media ever since. People reacted with a flurry of comments on the unusual proposal. One user wrote, "Wow, so he went into the fish tank to propose", while another wrote, "The fish must be thinking, god, what all do we have to watch", and another wrote, "That was a bit too unique a proposal".

The idea of a proposal made underwater among sharks and other fish struck a chord with people, and the video quickly began circulating across different social media platforms. Users have praised the effort and planning James put into the proposal, and noted that the aquarium staff's cooperation also helped make the moment special.
