Kia India offers discounts up to Rs 1.50 lakh in September on Seltos, Sonet, Carnival

Kia India has made an announcement for those planning to buy a new car during the festive season. The company has rolled out special offers and discounts on most of its popular models for September 2026, with customers able to benefit by up to Rs 1.50 lakh. The offer covers the Sonet, Syros, Seltos, Carens Clavis, Carens Clavis EV, Carnival and Sorento.

The discounts are being offered through a mix of cash discount, exchange bonus, scrappage bonus, loyalty bonus and corporate benefits. The company has clarified that these benefits can vary by city, by variant and depending on availability of MY2026 stock.

Buyers of the Kia Sonet get a total saving of Rs 50,000, made up of a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus, a Rs 15,000 scrappage bonus and a Rs 15,000 corporate benefit. On the petrol version of the Syros, there is a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus, a Rs 20,000 scrappage bonus and a Rs 15,000 corporate discount, with total savings going beyond Rs 55,000 once extended warranty and additional dealer-level benefits are included. The Syros EV, however, gets only a Rs 20,000 scrappage bonus.

The company's popular SUV, the Seltos, comes with a fixed package worth Rs 40,000, comprising a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus and a Rs 20,000 scrappage bonus, with some further discounts available at the dealer level.

The Carens Clavis Turbo has the largest list of benefits. It gets a Rs 10,000 cash discount, a Rs 30,000 exchange bonus, a Rs 15,000 corporate discount, a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus and a Rs 20,000 scrappage bonus, adding up to a total benefit of Rs 95,000. Its electric version, the Carens Clavis EV, gets a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus, a Rs 15,000 corporate benefit, a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus and a Rs 20,000 scrappage bonus, for total savings of Rs 75,000.

The biggest discount in September's list is on the Carnival. This model gets a Rs 1 lakh exchange bonus and a Rs 50,000 corporate benefit, together offering a straight discount of Rs 1.50 lakh. A scrappage bonus is also mentioned for this model, though the exact amount has not been disclosed. The premium SUV Sorento, meanwhile, will get total benefits of Rs 40,000, comprising a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus and a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus.
