Jio launches Rs 450 prepaid plan with 36-day validity, 2GB daily data and Google Gemini Pro

Jio, the country's leading telecom company, has offered a new prepaid recharge plan for its users. The plan costs Rs 450. Its biggest highlight is that it gives a validity of 36 days, not 28 or even 30 days. Customers who buy the plan will get the 36-day validity.

The plan will benefit users who want a validity of more than a month. Users will get 2GB of high-speed data a day, or 72GB in total over the plan. Once the daily high-speed data is used up, the internet speed will drop to 64Kbps.

For calling, the plan offers unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS a day. Eligible users may also get unlimited 5G data.

Along with calling and data, the plan includes a free JioHotstar mobile subscription. Customers will also get JioTV and JioAICloud. On JioAICloud, customers get 50GB of free cloud storage, where they can store their photos, videos and other files online.

The plan includes a free 18-month Google Gemini Pro subscription, which is priced at Rs 35,100. It also offers 5,000GB of cloud storage and AI benefits such as Nano Banana.

The plan also comes with a 12-month Canva Pro Lite subscription, priced at Rs 1,590. Eligible customers may also get additional benefits linked to Google Gemini and Canva.
