Hyundai Motor India Foundation will give grants totalling Rs 60 lakh to 50 artists, artisans and creative institutions; applications close on November 15, 2026.

Hyundai Motor India Foundation has launched Season 6 of its initiative Art for Hope. Grants totalling Rs 60 lakh will be given this time to support artists, artisans and creative institutions across the country. Applications are open, and those interested can apply until November 15, 2026.

This year's theme is "India in Motion". Artists have been asked to present, through their work, a fast-changing India, its social changes, cultural diversity and new opportunities. Selected participants will receive financial support for their projects, along with guidance from experts and national-level recognition. They will also get a chance to showcase their works at the Art for Hope Festival.

A total of 50 beneficiaries will be selected from among artists, artisans and creative institutions across the country.

Applications will be taken in six categories in Season 6: visual art, digital art, performing art, traditional art and handicraft, functional art, and multidisciplinary projects. Artists from among women, rural artisans, persons with disabilities and marginalised communities are also being encouraged to join the initiative.

The foundation, the CSR arm of Hyundai Motor India Limited, has so far supported more than 200 artists from 22 states and Union Territories through the initiative. Grants of more than Rs 2.20 crore have been distributed, and more than 75 traditional and folk art forms have been promoted.

The initiative's annual festival has so far drawn more than 35,000 visitors, of whom 61 per cent were attending such an exhibition for the first time. More than 100 artisans and voluntary organisations have also been given the chance to put up stalls.

Interested artists and organisations can apply online at hyundaiartforhope.com. The last date for applications is November 15, 2026. Along with financial support, the 50 selected beneficiaries will receive guidance and will be able to present their works to audiences across the country.
