Gangster Himanshu Bhau held in US; had claimed firing at Elvish Yadav's house

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang are in the spotlight again after the firing on actor Tiger Shroff's car. Another name has now surfaced: gangster Himanshu Bhau. Considered one of India's most wanted criminals, Himanshu Bhau has been arrested in the United States.

Himanshu Bhau was at enmity with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He had absconded after committing several major crimes. His gang was active in Delhi and Haryana and was involved in many incidents. The FBI has finally caught him in the US, and preparations are now under way to extradite him to India.

The police were looking for him in several cases. He became a ringleader in the world of crime at a very young age, and for this reason he got the name "Chhota Don".

Himanshu entered the world of crime at just 17. Before that, he had been in a juvenile home. He already knew how crimes were committed and how to escape from there. He ran away from the juvenile home with about 20 other children.

In 2023, Interpol issued a Red Corner Notice against Himanshu Bhau. Delhi Police, Haryana Police and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) have registered several cases against him, including murder, attempt to murder and extortion. In Haryana alone, he faces about 50 cases. A lookout circular was also issued against him the same year.

In 2022, Himanshu Bhau claimed responsibility for three murders in Haryana within 24 hours. The same year, he also claimed responsibility for the firing outside Elvish Yadav's house. Besides that firing, his name has also come up in a murder at a Burger King outlet and in cases of extortion in which several gym owners were shot at.

Himanshu Bhau worked with the Neeraj Bawana and Bambiha gangs and was close to them. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has bitter enmity with the Goldy Brar gang. Himanshu is from Ritoli village in Rohtak, Haryana, and was known in his village as Himanshu Ritoli.

He had earlier fled to Portugal. After that, he ran a gang in India from the US.
