The apartment is in the luxury project 360 West on Dr Annie Besant Road, Worli. The home is on the 19th floor of Tower B and measures 6,831 sq ft. Parking for four vehicles comes with the apartment.
Registration records and documents of the deal have come to light. According to them, the lease was executed on September 28, 2026, and has been registered. The agreement runs for 36 months, meaning the deal is for three years. The initial monthly rent will be Rs 28.5 lakh. At that rate, the rent for the three years alone will exceed Rs 10 crore.
The deal also carries a security deposit of Rs 1.71 crore, which the tenant company has paid for the apartment. The records name IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries Private Limited as the tenant.
Worli is emerging as a prominent address in Mumbai's luxury real estate in 2026. It has led in deals for homes priced above Rs 5 crore. The area also holds a large share of the luxury rental market.
