Cityscape, the global property investment platform, will hold its first India edition at the Jio World Convention Centre from April 16 to 18, 2027.
Cityscape, one of the world's best-known real estate investment platforms, has announced Cityscape India. Its first edition in India will be held from April 16 to 18, 2027, at Pavilion 3 of the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.
Cityscape has a legacy of more than 25 years. It has been held in major global markets such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Manama, Cairo and Doha, where leading developers, investors, government bodies and industry veterans have gathered on one platform.
Cityscape India will focus on luxury real estate and the investment climate. It will connect premium domestic and international developers with HNIs, NRIs, institutional investors and serious homebuyers. Rather than an ordinary property exhibition, it has been built as a curated investment platform so that investment decisions can be made with full information and confidence.
The theme of the inaugural edition is "the world's most influential real estate exhibition, now in India". More than 40 developers and partners are expected to take part. It will be a multi-day, curated B2B2C marketplace combining an exhibition and a conference. Along with the expo floor, there will be a high-level conference programme, closed-door investment roundtables, a concierge service for buyer-developer meetings, and a separate track for NRIs and institutional investors.
Exhibitors will include luxury and premium residential projects, gated townships and integrated development projects, green, smart and sustainable homes, commercial, mixed-use and retail developments, proptech and construction technology firms, as well as financial institutions, banks and home finance partners.
India is one of the most closely watched real estate and investment markets in the world, driven by rising prosperity, growing global mobility and increasing interest among Indian investors in diversified, cross-border portfolios. As the country's financial capital and its most important luxury real estate market, Mumbai is a natural place for the platform's India debut.
India's real estate sector is projected to reach US$1 trillion by 2030, making it one of the largest and fastest-growing property markets in the world. Residential sales grew 8% a year. In Navi Mumbai alone, 13,617 homes were registered and rates rose 22% from Rs 14,800 to Rs 18,100 per square foot, which reflects an 8.9% annual increase over last year. The new airport, the Trans-Harbour Link and the metro expansion are developing corridors. This makes Mumbai a natural gateway for global real estate brands entering India.
Cityscape India rests not on crowds but on investment intent and the quality of conversation. A curated line-up of premium domestic and international developers will meet qualified audiences. An investor-first programme focused on market reviews, global trends and portfolio diversification will support it.
At the launch, Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director of Informa Markets in India, said, "India's real estate market is witnessing a major shift, driven by rising prosperity, growing investor sophistication and increasing interest in premium property."
According to India Sotheby's International Realty and CRE Matrix, Mumbai's luxury residential segment alone recorded record deals worth Rs 18,512 crore in the first half of 2026, a 12% annual increase. This momentum, and Indian investors' growing interest in international property markets, make a global platform like Cityscape an attractive proposition. According to Mudras, the debut of Cityscape India is a strategic step towards connecting premium developers, global capital and discerning investors. He said it will help create cross-border opportunities, meaningful partnerships and long-term value while building a more structured, investment-focused environment.
From April 16 to 18, 2027, premium developers, HNIs, NRIs, institutional investors and serious homebuyers will gather at Pavilion 3 of the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai for three days of curated discussions, market insights and investment opportunities. Details of exhibitor participation will be released at the appropriate time.
Cityscape was founded in Dubai in 2002. It has showcased some of the world's most recognisable real estate projects, including the Burj Khalifa and London's Battersea Power Station. At Cityscape Global in Riyadh in 2025, deals and transactions worth 237 billion SAR (US$63.2 billion) were recorded over four days. The event drew more than 164,000 attendees from over 120 countries and 577 exhibitors from 42 countries.
Since starting in Dubai, Cityscape has expanded to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar and Bahrain. New markets such as Kuwait, India and Monaco are being added. Across its portfolio, it has connected more than 500,000 industry professionals and more than 1 million event and digital visitors.
