Boss gifts staff iPhone 18 Pro worth Rs 1.64 lakh, video goes viral

A video going viral on social media shows a boss gifting employees the expensive iPhone 18 Pro. Netizens were left stunned, with many commenting that they wish they had a boss like this too.

The iPhone 18 Pro launched recently on September 9. It starts at Rs 1,64,900, putting it out of reach for most ordinary budgets, with higher storage variants costing even more. Buying the phone without taking a loan is not possible for most people. But one boss surprised everyone by gifting the same phone to her staff.

The video was shared by Haseena Nishad, managing director of World Star Holding, from her Instagram account haseena_nishad. The video shows 12 gift boxes placed on a table, with employees taking turns to open them. Each box contained an iPhone 18 Pro along with chocolates. The joy on the employees' faces on seeing the phone was worth watching, with some jumping with excitement and others thanking their boss. The video has been viewed more than 2.4 million times and has drawn thousands of comments.

People are usually heard complaining about toxic bosses and poor work culture, such as excessive work pressure or being denied leave. But this video showed the opposite. Employees appeared happy to receive such an expensive gift, feeling that the company valued them and that they mattered to it. Employees working in such an environment are also less likely to quit their jobs.

Comments on the video have been entertaining. One user wrote that getting a boss like this requires good deeds from a past life. Another asked how to get a job at the company. Some users joked about their own companies, saying they do not even get a box of sonpapdi while this company is handing out iPhones. Such gifts also improve a company's image, making people feel it takes care of its staff.
