Amitabh Bachchan greets fans on Dussehra, says he needs rest and will stay off social media

Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, who often makes news with his social media posts, wished fans on Dussehra this time. In the same post, he made it clear that he would stay away from social media for some time to focus on his health and rest. Fans are praying for his good health after the message.

Bachchan wrote on his blog while extending Dussehra greetings and spoke about his health. He wrote, "First of all, heartfelt Dussehra greetings to all of you. May your life be filled with love, happiness and contentment. My prayers are with you all."

He went on to say that he needs rest at present and has been given strict instructions to take care of his health. For this reason, he is also not permitted to converse.

Bachchan apologised to fans and also thanked those who had sent him greetings personally. He wrote, "Please forgive me. I apologise also to those who have sent me greetings personally. Please take this as a respectful reply from me. We will talk again later, I hope."

The message came a few days after the weekly "Sunday Darshan" outside his home, when he met fans who had gathered there. His message about resting has raised curiosity among fans about his health.

Bachchan has been active on the internet and social media for many years. Through his blog and posts, he often shares personal experiences, thoughts and life lessons with fans. After he announced his decision to stay away from conversation for some time, fans responded to his post with wishes for a speedy recovery.

Meanwhile, police are investigating the firing on actor Tiger Shroff's vehicle. In connection with the case, it has been claimed that the homes of Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan were also seen as possible targets. These claims have not been officially confirmed. Bachchan's message also does not make clear whether his announcement about taking rest has any direct link to the firing case.

For now, Bachchan has indicated that he will rest to take care of his health. Fans are waiting for official information about his condition and hope he will soon be seen active again.
