Air India, Air India Express announce new winter schedule for Nagpur flights from October 25

Air India and Air India Express have announced their new winter schedule, which comes into effect from October 25. It resets the departure and arrival times of flights from Nagpur to major cities such as Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.

Under the new schedule, Air India will operate 3 flights from Nagpur to Mumbai and 2 to Delhi. Air India Express will operate one flight from Nagpur to Bengaluru. The schedule of flights arriving in Nagpur has also been revised.

The new schedule is expected to bring considerable convenience to passengers from Nagpur district. Better flight timings to major business centres such as Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru are said to give business travel a boost.

In addition, with new slots, passengers taking connecting flights will have to wait less, saving them time.

Air India and Air India Express have taken this step keeping in mind the festival and winter holiday season. The decision has been taken to increase seat availability with the new winter schedule from October 25.

Travel agencies have advised passengers to plan their journeys in good time to avoid last-minute rush and higher fares. As flight timings and numbers have changed, it would be advisable to check the status on the airline's official portal before travelling.

Gurmeet Singh Wij of the Travel Agents Association of India said the new winter schedule is about to come into force from October 25, and that airlines make necessary changes to slots, flight numbers and departure times during this period. He urged passengers to book tickets according to the new schedule and departure times, so that they face no inconvenience during travel.
