Anshuman Ghoshal named Director of People and Culture at Novotel Pune Nagar Road

Pune, October 29, 2026: Anshuman Ghoshal is working as Director of People and Culture at Novotel Pune Nagar Road. He has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management.

Ghoshal has wide experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, statutory compliance and employee relations. His work has spanned the hospitality, automotive, technology and business process management sectors.

Before his present role, he was Director of People and Culture at Novotel Imagica Khopoli. Earlier, he was Manager, Talent and Culture at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences, where he worked for more than seven years.

At Novotel Pune Nagar Road, Ghoshal handles several key HR functions. These include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee well-being and statutory compliance. His focus is on creating a good work environment and helping employees grow and develop.
