Ajinkya Rahane's wife Radhika buys two Dadar flats worth Rs 24.75 crore

Radhika Rahane, wife of Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane, has bought two flats in Dadar, Mumbai. The two flats cost Rs 24.75 crore. They are not yet ready, and Radhika is likely to get possession in 2028.

According to property registration records, the agreement was registered on October 29, 2026. Both flats are in a building in the Shivaji Park area. Radhika bought them in the Oceana building coming up on Keluskar Road South in Dadar West. The building is being constructed by a company named Kohinoor Planet Constructions Private Limited, and work is under way.

The total carpet area of the two apartments is 3,391.75 sq ft. One flat measures 1,913.41 sq ft and costs Rs 13.97 crore. The other measures 1,478.34 sq ft and costs Rs 10.79 crore. The deal also comes with parking for six cars.

Radhika Rahane paid about Rs 1.23 crore in stamp duty for the deal. The Maharashtra government gives women a 1 per cent concession in stamp duty on buying a home, and Radhika has also availed of it.

Radhika Rahane is an interior designer and a social media personality. She is a childhood friend of Ajinkya Rahane. Shivaji Park in Dadar, Mumbai, is known as an affluent, upper-class neighbourhood. Radhika Rahane has invested in property there because of its good connectivity and amenities.

Ajinkya Rahane spent his childhood playing cricket at Shivaji Park, and he has a special attachment to the area for that reason.
