Sunil Anil Tayde, 39, died after an iron nail from a plywood pressure gun hit his chest; relatives suspect foul play after a CCTV clip surfaced.

A serious incident at a wine shop in the CIDCO area of Nashik has caused a stir across the city. While work was under way in the shop, an iron nail from a pressure gun used to fix plywood entered an employee's chest. He died during treatment. The deceased has been identified as Sunil Anil Tayde, 39, who lived in Income Tax Colony on Ambad Link Road, Nashik.

The incident was initially believed to be an accident. A CCTV clip has now surfaced, which is being described as highly suspicious. Following this, doubts have been raised that it may not have been merely an accident, but the result of a pre-planned conspiracy.

The incident took place at about 7 pm on Monday, November 2. Tayde was at work as usual at the wine shop 'Liquor Katta' in the State Bank Chowk area of CIDCO. A large iron nail shot from the pressure gun at high speed and struck him directly in the chest. As soon as it hit him, Tayde collapsed in the shop, groaning in pain.

Another employee of the shop and people present there rushed him to a nearby private hospital. He was treated there, but doctors declared him dead at about 12 am.

After the incident, a CCTV clip went viral on social media, which has further complicated the matter. The footage clearly shows a customer coming into the shop to buy a bottle of liquor. After buying the bottle, he picks up the pressure gun kept in the shop. He then points it towards Tayde's chest, makes a suspicious movement and leaves.

Relatives and local residents who saw the clip have expressed the suspicion that this is not merely an accident and could be a larger conspiracy to murder. For now, this is only the suspicion of those people. No information has emerged about any charge being framed or any arrest being made.

Police have registered a case of accidental death at Ambad police station. Police are now examining the authenticity of the CCTV footage and are investigating the matter thoroughly from every angle. The incident is being discussed across the area, and people are awaiting the outcome of the investigation.
